Reliable Park and Ride

This was my third time using their Park and Ride service. Like before, the process was super smooth. I pre-booked, dropped my car off, and the shuttle bus was there within minutes. The bus ride to the terminal was quick, about 10 minutes. When I returned, the bus was waiting again. No issues with my car, felt very secure. I keep coming back because they're consistently reliable and stress-free.

Meet and Greet experience

I booked the Meet and Greet parking for my recent holiday. The online booking process was easy enough, I got an email confirmation right away with all the instructions. On the day, I called them about 20 minutes before arriving at Luton Airport, as instructed. A driver met me right at the Terminal 1 drop-off area. He did a quick check of the car and took my keys. It was a bit busy there, but the handover was efficient. When I landed back, I called them again after collecting my luggage. My car was brought to the same spot within about 15 minutes, which was pretty good. The car was exactly as I left it, and the mileage was consistent. I was a little worried about finding the right person initially, but it all worked out. Overall, it made the airport experience a lot less stressful, especially with a lot of luggage.

Good price, quick service

I used the Meet and Greet service for my trip. The drop-off was really straightforward at the terminal. Pick-up was also quick, my car was waiting when I got back. The only small issue was finding the exact drop-off spot, the signs could be a bit clearer. Value for money was good though.

My flight back usually gets delayed, what happens with the parking if I'm late picking up the car?

P Priya 2 months ago
They're usually pretty understanding. I think if it's just a few hours you're fine, but if it's a whole day, they might charge a bit extra. Best to check their policy.

I've had a delayed flight before, and they just charged me for the extra day when I picked it up. It wasn't a huge deal, just added to the total.

Anyone used their EV charging spots? Are there enough of them usually?

M Mia A. 2 months ago
I haven't personally, but I've seen them. Probably best to book ahead if you definitely need one, especially during peak times.

My buddy used them last Christmas. Said it was fine, but he booked a specific 'EV parking' option, so it was guaranteed.

Hey guys, thinking of using the meet and greet next month. Is it actually secure? Like, should I worry about my car?

R Ryan C. 2 months ago
Nah, you're good. I've used them a few times and never had an issue. Pretty sure they've got CCTV and stuff.

Yeah, I always felt pretty safe. Plus, most of these places have 'Park Mark' accreditation, which basically means they meet a certain security standard. Definitely check for that if you're worried.

Can you actually cancel a booking and get a full refund? Or is it like, once you book, you're stuck?

J June Okafor 2 months ago
Depends on what kind of booking you made. Some are 'flexible' and you can, but there are often 'non-refundable budget' options that you can't.

I think you can amend bookings, but a full refund might only be for certain types of reservations. Read the fine print when you book!

Is it cheaper to book the parking online beforehand or just rock up to the airport and pay at the gate?

C Cody Hughes 3 months ago
Always book online, trust me. Gate prices are always way higher.

Booking online is definitely cheaper. You can usually snag a discount code too if you look around, especially for early bird stuff.
